The hotel is conveniently located on Ave 1, over the bridge, opposite the aquarium. This allows easy access to the beach resort, perfect for families with children. The quiet Embassy district ensures a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean bathrooms. The staff provides friendly and efficient service. The breakfast offers a variety of options. There is also the advantage of having WIFI available in the lobby, a rare find in Cuba.
The hotel lacks proper maintenance.
